My darling boy, this is how you started out, this fine handy work was your dad being oh so creative. I'll have to look for more wonderful pictures to post of you in all your ages and stages. Your twinkling eyes and fantastic laugh. And your freckles make me smile. You are so very smart my boy and I want nothing but the best for you now and always. We are nearing the end of second grade and I'm hoping that keeping you busy over the summer and maybe helping you learn to write in cursive will help you with doing actual writing assignments. Before too long you'll be doing all kinds of things on the computer that make learning to actually write anything by hand seem totally worthless.
